What is the biggest benefit of having in home childcare?
Nannies/Aupairs vs. Nurserys/Kindys

Hi There
I have been working as a nanny for the past 6 years part-time and full-time.
I wonder if any mums or dads with nannies/au-pairs can give their opinion as to why this option was best for their family? Are childcare facilities just too pricey these days? Or is it the other way that having a nanny is more of a luxury? Have you chosen one over the other as a result of a bad experience? What do you feel are the benefits of your child/ren having there own nanny?
I really love being a nanny and would enjoy some insight from mums and dads
